Technical support is available to all Foneshop customers from 9pm to 6pm Monday to Friday on 0845 200 9000. Calls are charged at local rate.

Report a late delivery

If you have received a shipping confirmation email and the package has not arrived when it was expected, please contact trackmyorder@foneshop.com.

Cancel an order

To cancel your order please send an email quoting your order reference and reason for cancellation to cancel@foneshop.com please note that orders can not be cancelled after dispatch.

Returning faulty or damaged goods

Any item may be returned for any reason within 14 days of the date of dispatch so long as it remains in a saleable condition. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser. Please note we do not refund any postage costs.

Please note that, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept software or goods containing software where the seal has been broken. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To return Accesories to Foneshop - parcel them securely, including all manuals, accessories and original packaging.

To return Mobile Phones to Foneshop - parcel them securely, including all manuals, accessories and original packaging. Please remember YOU are responsible for the goods until received by us.

In the event of FoneShop.com sending you a replacement item out for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the original item to FoneShop.com within 10 working days of our e-mail confirming the issue of the replacement item. Provided you return this item to us within the 10 working days, you will have nothing more to pay. If you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 10 working day period, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of your original order to the payment card you used for the original order
